My journey began when I interned for Lund & Co. during my college years while studying Industrial Design at University of Illinois Chicago.

On my first day of my internship, Bruce Lund assigned me a task to come up with a feature plush toy. He said “Vic, plush toys is a hot category right now and I want you to come up with new ideas.” He then handed me a Pooch Patrol plush toy by Tonka to use as an example. I put on my thinking cap and got to work on my first project.

A couple years later, I saw my first project, My Watchdog plush toy by Mattel, in the endcaps shelf at TOYS R US. What a great feeling that was. Grateful to be part of this imaginative and fun industry!

My goal is to continue providing fun, innovative toys and cool products that will bring endless fun and many smiles for all ages.
